Redragon M913 Software for Mac

Redragon only ships Windows software for the M913. Here's how to set it up on a Mac anyway — in your browser, in a couple of minutes.

If you've just plugged a Redragon M913 Impact Elite into a Mac and gone looking for its software, you've probably found the problem: Redragon's configuration software is Windows-only. Without it, the twelve side buttons do whatever the factory set, and there's no way to change DPI stages, the polling rate or the lighting.

MouseConfig fills that gap. It's a free configurator that runs in your browser and talks to the mouse directly over WebHID — no download, no drivers, no Windows virtual machine. Your settings are written to the mouse itself, so they stay with it when you close the page.

What you need

  • Chrome, Edge, Brave or Opera on your Mac. Safari and Firefox don't support WebHID, the technology the page uses to reach the mouse.
  • The USB cable. The wireless receiver only carries movement and clicks; configuration needs the wired connection.
  • If Apply fails on macOS with “Failed to write the feature report”, some macOS 26.6 setups block browser writes to this mouse. Many Macs aren’t affected; if yours is, there's a one-time workaround — see the steps on the configurator page.

Setting it up

  1. Plug the M913 in with its USB cable.
  2. Open mouseconfig.app in Chrome or Edge and click Connect to M913, then pick the mouse in the browser's device list.
  3. Choose a starting point from Profile — the Productivity preset for macOS maps the side buttons to Copy, Paste, Undo, tab switching and more — or click any button tile and pick an action, build a key combination, or record a shortcut.
  4. Adjust DPI stages, polling rate and lighting under Sensor & lighting.
  5. Click Apply to mouse.

What you can change

  • All 16 buttons — including key combinations with ⌘, ⌥, ⌃ and ⇧, media keys and macOS shortcuts like Mission Control and Spotlight.
  • Five DPI stages, each with its own indicator colour.
  • Polling rate (125 to 1000 Hz).
  • LED mode, colour, brightness and speed.

Common questions

Do I need Windows at all?

No. Everything runs in the browser on your Mac. If someone has shared a Redragon Windows profile (a .jmk file), you can import its button mappings too, or open it with the .jmk file decoder.

Is anything uploaded?

No. The page works entirely in your browser; there's no account and nothing about your mouse or profiles leaves your machine.

Does it work on Linux too?

Yes — the same page works in Chrome or Edge on Linux, and Windows as well.

What about other Redragon mice?

The M908 Impact has beta support. Others are on the way — the mouse menu on the configurator lists what's coming.
